Altitude Foundation students will take on a real-world problem, providing a technical solution using the BBC micro:bit.
Across three Collaborative Project Tutorial events volunteers from Software Consultancy Scott Logic will help students to develop their coding skills. Students will be supported by Newcastle University student mentors online.
Each student will be given a BBC micro:bit to allow them to practice their new skills and develop their project’s code in between sessions.
In project groups, students will create a working prototype of a product they will present at the Progress Event in the summer.
